Domino’s: 575% More Conversions from Drop-Off Recovery
Domino’s was acquiring users faster than it was keeping them: checkout drop-offs, weak new-user activation and infrequent repeat orders were leaking revenue at every lifecycle stage.

The Challenge
In quick-service food, the order you don't recover in the next twenty minutes is dinner somewhere else. Domino's funnel leaked at three points — carts abandoned at checkout, new installs that never placed a first order, and one-time customers who never came back — and manual campaign scheduling was far too slow for moments measured in minutes of hunger.
02
The Solution
We built behavior-triggered lifecycle automation across email, push, SMS and WhatsApp — campaigns that fire on what a user just did, not on a marketing calendar. Cart abandoners get recovered while the craving is live; new users get an activation sequence engineered toward the first order; and the Cheesy Rewards loyalty program was woven through the lifecycle with incentives tuned to build ordering habit.
03
The Results
Drop-off recovery conversions rose 575% once triggers replaced schedules. New-user activation reached an 18.7% conversion rate, and the loyalty program grew into a genuine revenue engine — contributing 20% of total revenue.
