IFB: Future-Ready Analytics with Adobe Web SDK and CJA

IFB’s legacy analytics implementation was accumulating inconsistencies — the brand needed measurement it could trust and an architecture ready for cross-channel analysis.

01

The Challenge

Years of incremental tagging had left data accuracy and measurement consistency in doubt, and the legacy collection architecture offered no clean path to Customer Journey Analytics or the wider Adobe Experience Platform.

02

The Solution

We re-implemented Adobe Analytics on the Adobe Web SDK — one modern collection layer feeding the Edge Network. The data layer was redesigned around XDM schemas and Data Streams, and Customer Journey Analytics was enabled on top, giving IFB end-to-end journey visualization on a foundation built for the platform's future rather than its past.

03

The Results

Funnel measurement immediately sharpened: homepage-to-category transitions rose 18% as tracking gaps closed, and category-to-product click-through measured 2.6x better under the unified implementation. IFB now runs on a streamlined, future-ready Adobe stack.
