visibility across online-to-store journeys

01

The Challenge

Eyewear is tried on in person: customers research frames online and buy in stores, which meant a large share of digitally influenced revenue was invisible to campaign reporting and budgets were optimized against half the picture.

02

The Solution

We connected CRM and point-of-sale data into the analytics platform, mapping offline purchase identifiers — transaction IDs, product details — to digital user events. Server-side data ingestion brought store transactions into unified reporting, and user-ID tracking aligned each offline purchase with the online journey that preceded it.

03

The Results

Half of all offline purchases are now linked to prior online interactions — digitally influenced revenue made visible. Campaign ROI reads against total commerce rather than web checkout alone, and budget allocation follows the full journey.
