Titan: 32% More Orders by Ranking Products on Merit

Titan’s product landing pages ordered items more or less arbitrarily — which meant the products shoppers actually wanted were often buried below ones they didn’t.

01

The Challenge

On a landing page with hundreds of products, position is destiny: items in the first rows get the attention, everything else fights for scraps. Titan's pages weren't ranking products on anything a shopper would recognize as relevance, so strong products underperformed purely because of where they sat.

02

The Solution

We built a "style score" — a composite ranking that ordered every product by the signals that predict purchase: how new it is, revenue earned per product-page visit, review quality and customer ratings. Listing pages were re-sequenced from highest score to lowest and tested head-to-head against the existing order with Adobe Target, with Adobe Analytics feeding the scoring data and measuring the outcome.

03

The Results

Shoppers rewarded the merit-based ordering immediately: orders rose 32%, conversion ran 34% higher than the default experience, and revenue from the variant grew 34%. The scoring model now refreshes as product data changes, so the ranking keeps earning its position.
